As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it and inform you of the exact shipping time, which depends on the durability of production of the products you selected. This depends on the availability of raw materials (i.e. leather, soles etc.).

Shipments within Greece are carried out via:

• Courier: Antonio Shoes cooperates with ELTA Courier. If the order is sent by courier, delivery is made to the location you selected. This applies to all areas covered by the ELTA Courier network. For hard-to-reach or remote areas, delivery time is longer. Shipping costs is 3.30€.

Shipments are made with ELTA Hellenic Post and are delivered to each country. During holidays, sales or unexpected weather or social conditions, the order may be delayed. The customer can track the progress of the parcel at any time using the shipping code given to him/her at the time of completing his/her order.

Payments for international orders are made via credit card or bank transfer. It is clarified that payment on delivery is not valid for shipments abroad.​

How can I track my order?

Every customer who has provided an email address receives a unique number on the day their order is shipped. With this number, you can track the order through the ELTA Courier’s tracking system (or ELTA HELLENIC POST tracking system).
