We reserve the right to refuse to execute any order we deem appropriate, whether due to force majeure or for other reasons. In case of refusal, we will inform you immediately and any money you have paid will be refunded.

 

Returns & Order Cancellation Policy
According to European and National legislation, you have the right to return the products you purchased, within 14 days from the date of receipt with a full refund of the amount you paid. However, the basic conditions include:

3. REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS OR OFFER PACKAGES ARE NOT MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

4. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER TWO MONTHS

5. In case you come to the factory for the return, we will ask you to sign a receipt of receipt of money and we will refund the amount of your order to your bank account. The customer who placed the order must come in person or authorize another person.

6. In any other case, we will refund the amount you have been charged, EXCLUDING the shipping costs you have paid when purchasing the product or via bank account, if and only if you inform us with a solemn declaration of the IBAN account number to which the buyer is the beneficiary and wishes to have the refund of the amount of money related to the specific purchase made.

7. The refund is made within 15 working days after we have received the returned products.
